Our lives are surrounded by a variety of movies, books and stories. As the busiest and the most intelligent species thriving on this planet, we love to be entertained, and this entertainment usually does come in the form of a good movie weekend or a nice book. It is so because these things offer us an escape from our real world and allow us to go through a different expedition each time we explore a new one. The best part about this entire journey is the fact that it allows us to be judgemental, not only toward how good the book/movie is rather about who’s the good guy and who’s the villain. We can clearly see who’s right and who’s wrong and we definitely want the “HERO” to triumph over the “VILLAIN” in order to make it a happy ending of our choice.
This routine processing of our brains in general made me ponder over a specific attitude of humans, which is, that,
“We are very much capable of judging good from evil when presented in a self explanatory manner, but we definitely do not have a sight to see the evil within ourselves”
I say that because whenever we consider any situation of our very own life “co-starring” other people near us, we always think of ourselves as the Hero of the story, seeing a villain in those we do not like. We do not intend to think, for even once, that we may be acting as a typical bad guy for someone, ruining their situation and disturbing their story. Some may call this human nature, but I believe that it is also in the nature of a human to change oneself, have a flexibility in ones mind to accept, at least for once that yes, I am wrong, and that I was being unreasonable, even though that does seem impossible, but conquering this, can only make us the Hero we want to feel inside ourselves.
I would want to see, firstly, a connected food blog, which I intend to to do for more than a year but haven’t started. It will contain all my mother’s special recipes and since she doesn’t like blogging much, I had decided a long time ago to publicize her creativity myself, but I am so far not near it at all.
Secondly, I would want at least one of my post to be published in the freshly pressed, and it is really an ultimate dream.
And finally, I would want my novelette completed and published on my blog as a new page.
But all the above given require a long time and I don’t see a lot of it in the coming year as it would be the final year of my university and therefore I expect all the above given to happen automatically or just simply in any easy way not requiring my time, yet fulfilling my blog dreams easily.. ;D

For a moment today, time stands still — but you can tweak one thing while it’s stopped. What do you do?
Photographers, artists, poets: show us STILLNESS.
I wouldn’t want to change anything. Why? Answer is simple, even if I change that moment , I do not know what good THAT bad might have have done to me, so changing that thing might effect me in a way I might not have imagined. The thing which felt “momentarily” wrong, might be very good for me, and for all I know, we sometimes really do not consider the consequences of our actions to be so diverse.
The consequences of our actions are always so complicated, so diverse, that predicting the future is a very difficult business in deed.– Albus Dumbledore, Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban
The internet is full of rants. Help tip the balance: today, simply be thankful for something (or someone).
Photographers, artists, poets: show us THANKS.
There are a lot of things and people to be thankful for at a large scale, but if I get to the point and thank something very nearby, it’ll be none other than the internet, wi-fi, and the notebook I am writing from, I really cannot refrain myself from appreciating these things simply because all the blogging, my home work, how I keep up with interesting scientific news and the last and the least, facebook, due to the above given 3 facilities. Even though we all have a lot to say as to how internet is wasting our time, I will not deny the fact that it is due to this facility that we are more connected, more informed and more concious what is going on..
What would it take for you to consider yourself a “successful blogger”? Is that something you strive for?
I will consider myself a successful blogger on the day my blog will be published on the freshly pressed. I really want my blog to make up to the level required by the freshly pressed and even though I have done my hundredth post and my blog is way more better than a year ago, it will be an ultimate success for me the day it is featured on the freshly pressed..
If you were to judge your favorite book by its cover, would you still read it?
I don’t have a single favourite book, but I do have a favourite one which I chose only on the basis of it’s cover. Jeffrey Archer’s False Impression is the book I bought from a book exhibition and at a total risk. I had no idea who Jeffrey Archer was, nor was I familiar with the plot, but I only read the cover and bought and really found it an amazing one.
